Guangdong Goworld F.T.Z
Lamination Plant is a large morden enterprise for the special production of
flame resistant FR-4 copper-clad laminate, ultrathin and special CCL(composite
CCL)and prepreg in multi-layer applications. It was established in 1998 and
selected as a member of the council of the CCLA (China electronic materials
industry association copper-clad laminate association).
Insisting on a high technology facility, we imported the most
advanced CCI manufacturing facilities in the world: thermal radiation vertical
impregnating machine from the Swiss firm Cavitec and a vacuum press system from
America. Moreover, auto-returning line, dust-free ply-up system and resin
make-up and mixing equipment with high accuracy are also employed. With this
state-of-the art equipment, our annual output is 3 million m2.
We set up an efficient organization with a technological
competent staff ,of which over 60 percent are graduates of university. In
addition, we have instituted a full set of quality control systems and all of
our products are made in conformance with IPC-4101 to satisfy customer
requirements. In 2000,we obtained the UL certificate (Certificate No.E202607)and
have been classified as an important project of ?000 China Torch Plan?by the
Science and Technology Ministry of China.
In accordance with the employee-centered spirit of our

the research and development of new types of laminate materials for multi-layer
boards with excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability, to meet the
