6. Certificate for land use or house renting (Duplicate)
7. List of members of the Board of Directors for newly built company and identity certificate (Duplicate)
8. Appointment letter of members of boards of directors and general managers issued by shareholders.

Description:
1. Fill in the land-use application form if you want to purchase land (In quadruplication)
2. Above-mentioned information shall be turned in duplicate.
3. After approval by leaders of Administrative Committee, the company shall apply for barcode certificate from Shantou Quality & Technical Supervision Bureau.
