Application Information of FTZ Customs Registration of Domestic Enterprise

1.  Original of approval document of FTZ Administrative Committee
2.  Duplicate of business license issued by FTZ Administrative Branch of Industry and Commerce
3.  Articles of company (attached with stamps of common seal, seal of customs declaration, private seal of legal person )
4.  Duplicate of National Tax & Local Tax Registration Certificate by FTZ National & Local Tax Branch
5.  Duplicate of credit-standing report
6.  Original of certificate of opening bank account and duplicate of license of opening bank account
7.  Information registration form of enterprise and enterprise's administrative personnel
8.  Duplicate of member list of board of directors, duplicate of ID cards of legal person and other directors
9.  Duplicate of certificate of all partners of domestic enterprise. If the partner is enterprise, it shall provide duplicate of business license, if it is natural person, he shall provide duplicate of ID card.
10.  Original and duplicate of property information and rental agreement of company legal address
11.  Duplicate of Barcode certificate
12.  Code registration form of Customs-registration enterprise (it is issued by Customs, and filled in by enterprise)
13.  Log-in list of Customs broker
14.  Application letter of registration of self-servicing Customs broker
15.  Other information and illustrations required by Customs

Notes:
1.  if above-mentioned information is only required to offer duplicate, you shall provide original for checking
2.  Officials in Customs shall go to the company's legal address to check whether it conforms to the conditions of registration or not..
3.  The person who handles the Customs registration formalities must be authorized by board of directors of company, he also shall submit letter of authorization.
4.  Certificate for opening bank account and license of opening bank account is different.

10.  Information registration form of enterprise and enterprise's administrative personnel
11.  Duplicate of member list of board of directors, duplicate of ID cards of legal person and other directors
12.  Original and duplicate of property information and rental agreement of company legal address
13.  Duplicate of Barcode Certificate
