1.  Approval Certificate of Foreign-Funded Enterprise
2.  Duplicate of business license
3.  Approval document by F.T.Z Administrative Committee
4.  Duplicate of Enterprise Legal Person Barcode Certificate
5.  Duplicate of articles of company and relevant contracts
6.  List of Board of directors and duplicate of identity card
7.  Credit-standing certificate offered by foreign banking organs
8.  Duplicate of commercial registration of foreign enterprise
9.  Duplicate of valid contract of purchasing or renting business place
10.  Duplicate of certificate of setting basic account in domestic bank.
